**2)** **What do you do at Achievers Dream**

As a Tuition Centre Associate, some of your key responsibilities may include:
**Front Desk Operations**: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.

**Centre Management**: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.

**Customer Service**: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and other visitors to the Centre. You will be expected to be friendly, approachable, and professional in your interactions.

**Reporting**: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.

**Collaboration**: You will be working closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

In this role, it's essential to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A background in customer service or education would be an asset.

**3)** **Commitment**

As a Tuition Centre Associate, you are expected to commit to the following working hours and locations:
**Working Hours**: You will be working 2 weekdays and 1 weekends each week, Weekdays are from 1pm to 9pm, and weekends are from 8.30am to 6.30pm.

**Working Locations**: You will be working at two locations: 9 Jalan Bingka, S588905 and 151 Lor Chuan, #01-16 New Tech Park, S556741
