**What do you do at Achievers Dream?**

As an Enrollment Administrator, some of your key responsibilities may include:
**Front Desk Operations**: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.

**Centre Management**: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their child's enrollment. Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and payments using our database systems.

**Reporting**: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.

**Collaboration**: You will be working closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with parents and students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping people.

**Additional Information**:
In this role, it is also essential to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A background in sales, customer service or education would be an asset.
