**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional and delightful service to high-net-worth clients.
- Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized experience and solutions.
- Monitor the client appointment system and guide clients to the different areas of the lounge.
- Be the go-to person for any arrangements required by the guests. (Hotel Arrangement, transportation, F&B and events bookings)
- Ensure compliance to the organization
- s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-6 years' experience in a similar role. Hospitality or F&B industry
- Experience in a 5-star hotel & Michelin Star restaurants highly favored.
- Experience in high customer touch point/ customer engagement preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to speak multiple languages

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
