Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, management consulting, investment banking, strategy, or operations.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing external partners at scale versus via bespoke support, working cross-functionally internally, managing contracts, and working with legal.
- Experience working in a globally scaled environment and planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
- Experience in mobile app ecosystems, digital platform, or multi-functional background.
- Passion for customer/partner success and experience summarizing and clarifying complex issues with an attention to detail.

In this role, you will work across Google Play and other product areas to simplify Google for our partners, solve user needs, and unlock excellent user experiences through partnerships, while advancing our partners’ goals, and furthering Google’s mission.

Google Play offers music, movies, books, apps and games for devices, powered by the cloud. It syncs across devices and on the web. As part of the Android and Mobile team, Googlers working on Google Play do everything from engineering our backend systems, to shaping product strategy, to forming great content partnerships. They make it possible for people to do things like buy an ebook or song on their Android phone, then have it instantly available on their laptop. The Google Play team enhances the Android ecosystem by giving developers and partners a premium store where they can reach millions of users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support success for emerging apps and games developers at scale.
- Identify emerging opportunities, market developments, and challenges in the apps and games ecosystem and contribute to strategic recommendations and plans.
- Build networks and work closely with internal and external partners that contribute to the ecosystem (e.g., venture capital firms, startup accelerators, etc.) and advocate for Google Play at external industry forums and startup conferences.
- Work with regional Scaled Partner Management leadership to articulate market nuances to internal stakeholders, including global business and product leadership.
