
Strategic Partner Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to lead our partner ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive profitable growth, foster business relationships with key partners, and ensure alignment with our company strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for partner engagement, setting goals for business development, competencies, and innovation.
- Oversee the execution of partner business plans across the organization, including Sales, Presales, Service Delivery, and Practices.
- Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with Senior Management and Partners to review performance against key metrics.
- Implement enablement and certifications for key technology focus areas in our business.
- Coordinate joint Go-to-Market (GTM) marketing activities and programs with assigned partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, computer science, software, or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, sales, and business development.
- Proven track record of success in program, initiative, and orchestration roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
- Good understanding of key IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity technologies and services offerings, as well as business models.
- Appreciation of technology and basic comprehension of legal and contract management.
