Imagine what you could do at the Incubation Sales Group (ISG) in Global Business Centre (GBC), the go to market and disruptor engine for Nokia CNS business group. ISG team mandate is to challenge the status quo of our CSP customers in technology adoption by creating E2E partnership with key players in the ecosystem that will enable not only GBC but also CSP to compete in the blue ocean and enhance our joint competitive barriers for our competitors. ISG is both a challenger and a partner to our customers in identifying and executing on new revenue streams. Imagine what you could do at the SaaS Sales Lead in Global Business Centre (GBC), the go to market and disruptor engine for Nokia CNS business group. Your mandate is to challenge the status quo of our CSP customers in technology adoption from on premise to Software as a Service consumption that will enable CSP to focus on their key strengths to be successful in running their business, instead of technology adoption and complexity.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

The GBC Market Leaders are accountable to lead and grow the market CNS business with a focus on generating profitable new software and services sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and people engagement. They develop and implement the go-to-market business strategy, build, and grow customer CxO relationships and manage the end-to
- end sales and business processes.

As the Market Leader, you would be measured on orders, revenue and sales, pipeline management, deal/win conversion, customer satisfaction, organizational health, and people leadership capabilities

**Your skills and experience**
- Lead the CNS CSP Market end-to-end business and drive achievement of financial targets including orders, revenue, sales margin.
- Create and implement the CNS go-to-market business strategy and drive execution plans with all functional teams to achieve near-term objectives and longer-term ambitions.
- Build and leverage trusted partnerships with customer CxO’s to help them achieve their business objectives and to fulfil the CNS business mission.
- Be a thought leader in customer business challenges and proposing unique and differentiated Nokia solutions.
- Be able to understand, articulate and advocate the market specific customer needs to the CNS business units to create and deliver relevant offerings.
- Build strong and integrated cross-functional teams to ensure e2e business MoO execution, strong governance, and business management (from sales, pre-sales, sales support and delivery).
- Lead business, financial and work force planning activities and drive execution to achieve results.
- Guide and motivate all teams to maintain a strong pipeline that supports the achievement of financial targets and that adheres to key CRM principles and metrics (development, velocity, conversion, quality).
- Develop account plans and winning opportunity strategies according to CNS CSP GBC GTM strategy.
- Provide leadership for all Nokia processes including deal approvals.
- Develop and lead market specific growth and improvement programs to drive profitable growth, improve operations, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Provide the vision and leadership to cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, and delivery) and interface with customer executives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- And last but not least, be a leader, inspiring, motivating and developing a high-performing team as well as manage the people-related activities (workforce planning, sales compensation, rewards and recognition, communications, and employee engagement).
