**Sales Leader APJ - Nutanix Hybrid Multi-Cloud (NC2) - Singapore**

**Job Description and Market Opportunity**

The Nutanix Hybrid Multi-Cloud APJ Sales Leader is responsible for owning the plan for the success of Nutanix running on Public Hyperscalers and Global Cloud Scalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, OVHcloud, Equinix.metal and Cyxtera, exceeding pipegen, bookings and deployment/consumption goals. This business unit is called NC2 (Nutanix Cloud Clusters).

In this role as solutions Sales Leader, you will have regional APJ responsibility as a quota carrying account executive. As well as exceeding quota you will be expected to have experience in Public Cloud and Native Cloud Services, to build meaningful executive and decision maker relationships with the Hyperscalers and Cloud Scalers, and to orchestrate large and complex deal structures. As a subscription business, adoption is critical, and you will be measured on this and expected to drive a consistent sales motion that focuses on adoption and delivering business outcomes for our customers. You will report to the Global Sales Leader for NC2. #LI-Remote #LI-Singapore

**About the Team**

As an NC2 solutions Sales Specialist at Nutanix, you will work in our enterprise sales organization to drive business with our most important customers. You will be supported by our existing Systems Engineers (pre-sales technical team) as well as an extended team of field, channel, and consulting resources to help demonstrate and prove our solutions and to achieve/exceed quarterly Nutanix NC2 sales and usage/consumption targets in your assigned region. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your sales expertise across Nutanix and non-Nutanix technologies

**Responsibilities**
- To build direct decision maker and executive relationships with the AWS, Azure, OVHcloud, Equinix.metal & Cyxtera sales organizations to maximize the success of Nutanix Cloud offering.
- To drive pipegen through Marketing, Channel and Field activation tactics in your assigned region
- Be the APJ sales leader in shaping customer decisions to buy and adopt Nutanix NC2, serving as a solutions Sales Leader and trusted advisor for end customers, field, and Channel Sales teams.
- Design and plan for implementation for Nutanix NC2 solutions by leveraging Product experts, Solution Architects and Nutanix Services.
- Lead TCO and ROI conversations with customers and field teams as opportunities progress from through the sales cycle
- Own the sales revenue targets for Nutanix NC2 in your assigned region and work alongside other field sales teams to grow the Nutanix NC2 business.
- Influence Nutanix NC2 strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers encountered.
- You will be a thought leader in the NC2 space and lead by participating in internal Nutanix communities and in broader industry events.

**About You**
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in hybrid multi-cloud enterprise solutions, and/or relevant Software sales. You have a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years.
- Experience with AWS & Azure and/or Google native database solutions, or with Oracle, SAP, MongoDB, Postgres, SQL and/or other virtualized database solutions.
- You have a deep understanding of the changing environment within the enterprise market and how the drive for simplicity, cloud-first strategies, and cost savings can be used to build positive relationships and deliver significant sales success.
- You are someone with an entrepreneurial spirit with an affinity for collaboration and teamwork.
- You are a self-starter who takes initiative, works with limited direction, and has experience with companies pursuing and undergoing rapid growth.
- You are a highly trusted individual who maintains and expects a high standard for yourself and your team.
- Experience of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-adapting environment, working with cross-functional teams, and leveraging company resources to drive sales using a combination of top-down and bottom-up tactics.
- Job may require up to 40-50% of travel
- Business Fluent English skills are required for this role.
