The Instance Life Cycle (ILC) Department hosts all of Murex’s service offers and aims for Murex to be the partner of choice to our clients.
The Service Offer domain within ILC is working in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and other domains to define and promote new services to accompany our clients during the whole life cycle of their instances, while continuously improving the existing services offering.
To support our service strategy, we are looking to hire a Service Offer (SO) Lead to join the team, focusing on SaaS related services. This is an exciting and newly created role
**_Key responsibilities (but not limited to):_**
- Define and continuously enrich the value proposition of the SaaS related service offerings
- Promote the value proposition and help Business Units (BUs), Business Development and Presales teams to articulate such values to their respective clients
- Closely collaborate with other departments to (i) define and continuously enhance the delivery methodology specific to SaaS service offerings incl. operating model, artefacts and tools and (ii) to promote and enable the methodology adoption incl. trainings, on-boarding program
- Define and monitor operational health checks to assess the effectiveness of the services
- Communicate to BUs, Product Domains, Business Development, Presales and Marketing in APAC to regularly update on SaaS related initiatives and ensure and effective feedback loop
- Contribute to the Service Offer domain globally through (i) close collaboration with Service Offer leads in Europe, Middle East and Americas regions and (ii) participation to internal initiatives
- Contribute to strategic corporate initiatives related to SaaS service offerings
**_As an active member of the ILC Department, you will also need to contribute to the delivery activities of the SaaS services:_**
- Participate in presales execution e.g. Request for Proposals (RFPs), service proposal preparation
- Participate in pilot projects to field test the methodology and lead the capitalization exercise
**_To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:_**
- At least 7 years of SaaS related experience (implementation and/or support of managed services)
- Proven track record in project delivery incl. Agile, CICD methodologies
- Solid experience in team and resource management
- Ability / experience in evolving in matrix organization - able to lead community of practices
- Evolve as part of global team
- Experience in financial / banking industry and/or software related services is preferred
