RESPONSIBILITIES

Service sales development
- Leads rollout of KONE Way sales programs
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage opportunities in business processes and contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
- Evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the business and financial viability of alternative opportunities.
- Collects feedback and competitor data from his/her market and gives feedback to the business line, solution creation and product life cycle management
- Support sales team in analyzing internal and external data for sales planning and ensures completion of high quality sales plans
- Lead and coordinate Unit’s improvement activities and development programs
- Follow and ensure the progress and speed of organisation's development actions/projects are well defined and measured.
- Maintain strong connections with other colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements. Maintenance offering management (contract and service offering and repair offering)
- Manages and drives the local maintenance offering, scope and roadmap.
- Defines local offering with key stakeholders by optimizing from the global offering portfolio.
- Participates in sales target identification and in defining new target markets and customers.
- Analyses and maintains maintenance offering and product and pricing data, sales and tendering tools and pricing guidelines
- Manages implementation, ramp-up and ramp-downs products and new releases
- Suggests and maintains price lists and changes with sales managers
- Follows up and takes corrective actions on offering performance and quality.
- Collects feedback and competitor data from his/her market.
- Collaborates with the global offering team to further develop the offering.
- Transfers information and knowledge of his/her offering range between KONE product specialists and the businesses
- Communicates with authorities, business and professional associations and other related influencers to influence standards and codes, and to promote KONE solutions

Repair offering management
- Manages demand planning and forecasting from frontlines to supply lines
- Follows up and take corrective actions on product performance and quality
- Supervises quality feedback and customer complaints

Customer relationship management and sell
- Creates support material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying and communicating KONE benefits and advantages of maintenance offering.
- Identifies and describes benefits and advantages of maintenance offering to customers in different segments
- Develops marketing activities and campaigns
- Supports in defining benefits and value to customer
- Participates in customer meetings and events

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant degree in commercial or technical field
- Experience in business performance management
- Experience in sales / sales management
- Experience in construction or relevant other B2B environment preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Maintenance offering knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of product life-cycle management and methodology plus tools in general
- Basic selling, marketing and customer relationship management knowledge
- Detailed and deep knowledge of KONE products and offerings within own responsibility area.
- Knowledge of LCM process, demand planning process, quality and warranty process, customer as well as sales and marketing processes. Management of sales and tendering tools’ data.
- Understanding of the overall KONE product and offering portfolio
