**Job Description**:

- Provide technology strategic planning and direction to develop the roadmap, drive IT digitalization initiatives, identify suitable technology and translate them into a viable plan for implementation.
- Lead and manage the IT team in all aspects of IT may it be on IT infrastructure team, Applications / software team, security, system implementation, IT support and IT operations.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Senior management and oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
- To identify solutions and opportunities to improve organisational performance. Evaluate customer’s requirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver solutions to meet customer’s objectives.
- Manage external vendors and suppliers in terms of their deliverables while establishing and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships.
- Provides project management oversight and guidance to teams and ensures that projects are delivered to scope, timeline and budget

Requirement
- Degree holder in IT or equivalent
- Prince 2 Foundation/ Practitioner or equivalent / PMP certified
- 15 years or IT working experience of which 10 years of relevant experience as IT Head
- Proven track record at senior level of leading staff within an IT environment
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing strategies and plans aligned to key business objectives.
- Knowledge in IT Cyber Security
- Able to analyse technology trends to develop overall technology strategy, architecture, and delivery processes designed for agility, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Strong solution orientation and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong logical and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills and communicate technical information effectively
- Driven, self-discipline and able to multi-task
