Lead and provide IT corporate shared services for companies locally and overseas.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Lead and manage the IT team in all aspects of IT may it be including IT infrastructure team, Applications/software team, security, system implementation, IT support, and IT operations.
- Provide technology strategic planning and direction to develop the roadmap, drive IT digitalization initiatives, identify suitable technology and translate them into a viable plan for ERP implementation for the Group.
- Establish and manage IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Senior management, oversee all technology operations (e.g., network security), and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Identify solutions and opportunities to improve organization's overall performance.
- Evaluate stakeholders’ requirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver solutions to meet customer’s objectives.
- Lead change management activities. Prepare and implement project plans to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Manage external vendors and suppliers in terms of their deliverables while establishing and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships.
- Provide project management oversight and guidance to teams and ensure that projects are delivered to scope, timeline and budget.
- Conduct in-house briefing and training as required

**Job Requirement**
- Degree holder in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years or IT working experience of which 5 years of relevant experience as IT Head.
- She has proven track record at senior level of leading staff within an IT environment and ERP implementation.
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing strategies and plans aligned to key business objectives.
- Good experience in ERP management.
- Sound knowledge in IT Cyber Security.
- Strong analytical skills in technology trends to develop overall technology strategy, architecture, and delivery processes designed for agility, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong solution orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic with strong logical and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
