Our client is a leading financial institution seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead and drive the HR strategy for the institution together with a small team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the institution’s business goals and corporate values.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in all HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent for the institution, ensuring the recruitment process is aligned with the institution's needs and culture.
- Oversee general administration, including procedures, facilities maintenance, IT and office administration

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 12 years' experience across the full spectrum of HR and at least 5 years in team management in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
