**Responsibilities**:

- Provide solutions for Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service HR (SSHR).
- Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions to support business operations and system enhancements.
- Administer and maintain Oracle EBS configurations, perform impact analysis, and support patching and upgrades in R12/11i environments.
- Handle end-to-end data management tasks such as data uploads, integrity checks, and issue resolution using Oracle tools like Web ADI and APIs.
- Manage production support activities, including ticket triage, root cause analysis, data fixes, and performance tuning in high-volume environments.
- Lead incident and problem management activities, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Interface with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide proactive solutions while ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Configure security profiles and implement role-based access control (RBAC) in line with organizational policies.
- Support integration of Oracle EBS with external systems through API and interface development.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and infrastructure teams to validate fixes, deploy enhancements, and ensure data consistency across modules.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and user training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development, Oracle HRMS, and EBS R12/11i.
- In-depth technical understanding of Core HR module and Payroll processes including retro-pay, quick pay, and element configuration.
- Proven expertise in writing optimized PL/SQL code and handling complex data fixes.
- Strong experience in production support, incident resolution, and change management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and working knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business users.
- Experience in coordinating UAT, regression testing, and functional validations.
- Exposure to integration projects and third-party interface development is a plus.
