**Role**:L2 Desktop Support Engineer
**Location**:Changi
**Working Hours**:8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays
**Working Hours**:7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturdays (Once or Twice in a month)
**Type of Role**:Contract (12 months renewable)
**Remuneration**:Base Salary - $4,200
**Remuneration**:Transport and Mobile Claims - $300
**START DATE: 1 OCT 2025 (G50 Clearance required)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Level 2 IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 support, remotely or onsite.
- Handle operating system imaging and deployment.
- Log and resolve incidents using ITSM tools.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory tracking, and standard user guides.
- Collaborate with infrastructure/network teams on advanced troubleshooting.
- Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and migration activities.
- Assist other IT related issues or requests or activities when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/BSc in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- **Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience**as a **L2 desktop support specialist**.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud environment.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
