A small family office with an international investment mandate covering all traditional and alternative asset classes with special focus on public/private equity, real estate and venture capital investments is seeking an Accounts and Admin Assistant to help with daily operations.

**Job description**
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting - handle accounts payable and receivables, including payments, reconciliation, monthly closing etc.
- Maintain filing and documents tracking
- Support and assist external corporate secretariat, accountants & tax agents in GST, ECI and Audit work.
- Prepare payroll including CPF submissions, make claims to Government-paid leaves, prepare IR8As, maintain staff leave records etc.
- General office administration - e.g. monitoring office stationery and pantry supplies and restocking when needed.
- Manage petty cash
- Assist with digitization of historical documents and establishing archiving standards.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**The Successful Applicant**
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and / or HR / or office administration **Or**
- NITEC / Diploma in accounting / business
- Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with outlook and word.
- Familiarity with MYOB an advantage
- Responsible, meticulous, discreet and able to work independently
