We are seeking meticulous and reliable individuals to join our team as **Transcribers** on a contract-for-service basis. You will be responsible for converting pre-recorded interview audio files into accurate and complete written transcripts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Listen to pre-recorded interviews and transcribe them **verbatim** using stipulated transcription software, headset, and foot pedal.
- Ensure high transcription accuracy with a typical turnaround of **1-2 working days per interview**.
- Proofread and review transcripts to:

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of transcription.
- Redact any confidential or sensitive information as needed.
- Respond promptly to queries or clarifications raised by research analysts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information contained within the recordings.

**Work Arrangement**:
Transcription work is typically performed on-site at the **research office or study site at Admiralty Medical Centre**.

**Commitment Requirements**:

- This is a **contract-for-service** role. You will be contacted when there are interviews available for transcription.
- Each interview transcription must be completed within **three (3) working days**, and no later than **one week** from the interview date.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- GCE A-Level or Diploma/Advanced Diploma
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word)
- Background knowledge in healthcare is an added advantage
- Prior transcription experience is helpful but **not required
