Job Title: Temporary Junior Research Assistant

Job Title (Position): Part-Time Qualitative Interviewer
Position Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative interviews with patients, adhering to established interview protocols.
Accurately record and transcribe interview data.
Assist in the development and refinement of interview guides and related materials, in collaboration with the research team.
Collaborate with the research team to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with respondents (patients and healthcare professionals)
Comfortable conducting interviews independently.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Familiarity with ethical standards related to data collection and respondent privacy.
Proficient in Chinese or Malay language is essential as the position will work with Mandarin-/Malay-speaking patients
Experience in qualitative research or interviewing is mandatory; further training will be provided.
Additional Information
Please note that this is a part-time contract (1 month) requiring commitment of up to 24 working hours per week.
You will need to undergo a selection interview.
