Temporary Junior Research Assistant



About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with qualitative research interviews. As a Research Coordinator Assistant, you will work closely with our team to conduct interviews with patients, record and transcribe data, and develop interview guides.



Responsibilities
  1. Conduct qualitative interviews with patients, adhering to established protocols
  2. Accurately record and transcribe interview data
  3. Assist in the development and refinement of interview guides and related materials
  4. Collaborate with the research team to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  5. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required


Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with respondents (patients and healthcare professionals)
  • Comfortable conducting interviews independently
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with ethical standards related to data collection and respondent privacy
  • Proficient in Chinese or Malay language is essential for this role
  • Experience in qualitative research or interviewing is mandatory


What We Offer

You will be paid $100 per completed interview and transcript, and an hourly rate of $20 for your participation in the training sessions and team meetings.
