Wins United Watch Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company's retail sales and repair operations. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing both wholesale and retail activities, including sales, repairs, battery replacements, strap and glass changes, and ensuring seamless operations across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Identify and evaluate various sales channels, including B2C and B2B opportunities.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand sales reach.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to engage with potential customers.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores for efficient inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Develop operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of watch repair and maintenance services.
- Develop strategies to increase repair service revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in the watch industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market trends in the watch industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to drive informed business decisions.
- Experience in implementing targeted marketing campaigns and utilizing digital platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.
- Familiarity with watch repair and maintenance processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
