Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a Senior Executive who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team.- As a resource person to the assessment reform team: Provide advice for Years 1 and 2 assessments including examination framework, assessment timelines and various IT platforms; provide insights for clinical Years 3 to 5, advice on clinical posting periods, rotation, assessment requirements and timelines.- Facilitate and operationalise the eventual pulling of examination data essential to generate the grade dashboards.- Expert user for Elentra (or final IT platform chosen); set up the assessment module in the platform.- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data.- Support the implementation and review of examination policies and processes.- Provide secretariat support to assessment reform team.- Manage the exam module in Elentra system.- Provide support in examination administration and events.
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in education administration- Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.-
- Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management- Resilient, meticulous and analytical- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
This is a 1 year temporary contract position.
