**Company Background**:
**We are under Wholesale Building Materials, total door solutions providers. We have manufactured and installed millions of door sets.
Working day: 5days

Working timing: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

**Salary**: $2,100- $2,500

Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Sourcing, negotiating, and procurement of materials.
- Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase orders and documents.
- Stock Monitoring.
- Co-ordinate & monitor delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- General Affairs and Admin.
- Manage and upkeep inventory of stationery, pantry and general office supplies.
- Handle office routines such as telephone calls and inquiries, photocopying, typing, requisition and control of office stationeries and receipt and distribution of office mails.
- General office administration manners.
- File and maintain staff records, departmental documents, correspondences, etc.
- Reception Job Functions.
- Handle and screen calls to office with a professional and pleasant tone.
- Receive call enquiries and route to correct departments.
- Any adhoc or other duties assigned.

**Job Requirement:**
- MS office and admin experience.
