**Job Summary**:
Responsible for downloading the orders from the system and/ or processing the order request upon receiving notification from the Solutioning Team and thereby coordinating with service partners and suppliers to ensure fulfillment according to the plan provided by the Solutioning Team before confirming back to the customer systematically.

He/she will meticulously take over the order processing in our ERP system, i.e. JDE/ CW1, to ensure the orders are processed with optimum data accuracy in compliance with the organization’s policy. He/she will follow thru till the orders are loaded systematically before handing them over to the Documentation and Invoicing Team to complete the documentation and invoicing process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Owns back-end process of order management based on the schedule planning provided by the Solutioning team timely and ensures orders and booking processing KPIs are met.
- Review customer’(s) orders through the system and ensure accurate data entries in compliance with the SOPs and organization policy. Follow-up tasks could include but are not limited to:

- Place order with Supplier(s) and place booking with

Carrier(s) and ensure receipt of order and booking

confirmation
- Follow through with order status till the container is

loaded systematically
- Validate packing list against orders and thereafter final

load systematically.
- Complete and/or close the orders in the system, thereby

ensure all system requirements are fulfilled to enable

digital order/ booking tracking
- Process order amendment in accordance to the revised solution/ plan provided by the Solutioning team.
- Tracks order fulfilment rate and ensure data is fully visible systematically.
- Owns data accuracy and completeness in the system

**Experience/Skills**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in order service delivery role, preferably in a freight forwarding environment or in Supply Chain related roles, and has a preference to handle details
- Experience in using JDE/ CW1
