**_Responsibilities:_**:

- **Provide Technical support for all end user computer devices**:

- **Act as single point of contact to customer and handle escalations.**:

- **Perform Hardware & Software Maintenance and Upgrades**:

- **Patching and updating hardware firmware and BIOS**:

- **Manage and liaise with third party suppliers for any hardware replacements**:

- **Replace any non-functioning computer accessories e.g. Solid state disk with a functioning unit**:

- **Tagging of computer devices**:

- **Software Management & Support - Upgrade and Patches**:

- **Perform hardware and software asset Management**:

- **Ensure computer devices are always updated with the latest operating system, anti-virus updates, software patches & updates and hardware firmware.**:

- **Propose the fixes required to rectify the security vulnerabilities and implement upon customer approval.**:

- **Security Incident ManagementNew Computer Devices and Mobile Enrolment plus Setup & Technology Refresh Support**:

- **Physical shifting and setup of end user devices within customer premises**:

- **Assist with mobile enrollment**:

- **Incident, Problem and Request Management**:

- **Perform re-cloning, installation and configuration of operating systems**:

- **Printer Management, Unified Communication Management and Video Confierence Management basic setup and troubleshooting.**:
**_Requirements:_**:

- **Minimum 9-10 years relevant experience**:

- **Experience in handling customer escalations.**:

- **Experience in handling team of engineers and scheduling their works.**:

- **Experience in preparing & presenting periodic reports to customer**:

- **Possess the relevant technical IT expertise and skills to perform the above mentioned responsibilities**:

- **Speak clear and good conversational English**:

- **Possess good telephony skills**:

- **Good problem solving and**:

- **Good customer servicing skills.**:

- **Able to meet the SLA’s and work in a efficient manner**:

- **Able to learn customer’s domain knowledge and be competent to function independently.**:

- **Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures for providing effective technical support.Good to have knowledge on using Quest KACE UEM, Service Now ITSM.**:
