Responsibilities:

- Supporting Sales Team in all order and sales related issues.
- Perform sales order processing and necessary documents.
- Collaborating with respective parties to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries by phone, internet or counter sales
- Assist in preparing and verifying accuracy of sales materials including updating of data.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation.
- Other ad-hoc administrative matters as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Chinese as he/she is required to liaise with mainly Mandarin speaking customers.
- Ability to read and spell Han Yu Pin Yin.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Well organize and independent
- Diligent with good attitude
