- Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail & online store
- Attend to customers’ enquiries
- Assist customers in books selection
- Process customers’ orders
- Assist in stocks receiving, price tagging, stock-checking and stock replenishment
- Recording and updating of inventories and books' database
- Perform merchandise display duty
- Assist in packing and dispatching customers' orders
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- **Requirements**:_
- Diligent with good attitude
- Fluent in Chinese to liaise with mainly Mandarin-speaking customers
- Passionate and interested in Chinese books & culture
- Physically fit
- GCE O Level and above

**Additional Information**:

- Store Operating Hours : 10:30am~6:30pm (Mon~Thu); 10:30am~7pm(Fri & Sat); 11am~7pm (Sun & PH)
- School Book Fair Operating Hours: Varies. Could be around 8am to 4pm
- 6 work days
- This is a full-time position. For part-timer, you must be able to commit for at least 6 momths
