The F&B Stall Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a food and beverage (F&B) stall, ensuring efficient and profitable performance, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. They will manage and train staff, manage inventory, handle budgets, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies.

Oversee daily operations of the F&B stall, including food preparation, service, and sales. Train, supervise, and schedule staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and receiving of supplies, ensuring that the stall is well-stocked and efficiently run. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the stall, ensuring that all equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, including HACCP, and maintain accurate records of inspections and certifications. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotions, pricing, and product development. Manage budgets and financial reporting, tracking revenue and expenses and identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate pricing and terms. Respond to customer complaints and feedback, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as inventory management and sales tracking. Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office or point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
