We are seeking a responsible and hands-on **Stall Supervisor**to oversee the daily operations of our food stall. You will lead a small team to ensure high food quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient day-to-day running of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily stall operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead and manage a team of stall assistants, including rostering and training.
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness meet SFA/NEA regulations.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and customer service standards.
