Asia is key to Rentokil Initial's global growth plans with £300m of ongoing revenues, across 14 markets. As the regional key accounts person, the role encompass the following:
- Leads the sales performance of regional key accounts in Asia
- Leads the Asian countries in acquiring new and profitable key customers
- Ensures retention of existing key accounts
- Manages relationship with the regional top management of the strategic accounts to
ensure that the Asian countries retain and grow these accounts
- Leads regional proposals and tenders
- Works closely with Global Accounts Team to ensure proper maintenance of global
accounts
- Works closely with country Sales Directors, National Key Accounts Managers and
Key Accounts Managers
- Leads regional QBRs (quarterly business reviews) of key strategic customers
- Manages inter-country and inter-regional communications such as: footprint
management; best practices sharing; contractual reinforcement of regional and
global strategic accounts
- Leads necessary documents and information collection from the country teams
**Requirements**:
Has work experience in key accounts management, sales or marketing
Has a minimum of Diploma in business discipline
Demonstrated competence in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs and Microsoft Office Packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - preferably at least at intermediate level)
