Overview:
**Job Purpose**: This De Heus Key Account Manager’s primary focus will be growing Kemin business with De Heus accounts regionally. To ensure that the assigned customers account sales revenue are met or exceeded target through effective collaboration and coordination with the regional country managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- To achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within each of the De Heus accounts, in accordance with yearly sales targets.
- To duplicate De Heus successes across all De Heus accounts across the region.
- To initiate key sales project with De Heus headquarter in Asia, align to their strategic direction.
- To strengthen relationship with key decision making groups in the headquarter as well as in the local operation.
The De Heus Key Account Manager has specific responsibilities in each step of the sales process to ensure that a sale is successfully completed. These responsibilities carried out in collaboration with the regional country managers include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying customers needs.
- Establishing relationships with individuals at all levels of a customer’s organization.
- Provide support to develop De Heus business outside APAC as and when required.
- Making sales presentations on Kemin programs/products.
- Closing the sale and implementing the startup programs.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- A solid understanding of the chemical and biological sciences in order to prepare and present detailed technical and commercial presentations to prospective customers.
- High degree of self-motivation, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
- Results-oriented and has good relationship building abilities.
- Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
- Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
- Superior sales project management skills with the ability to successful complete projects.
