**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance/HR Manager at MADLY Bespoke Jeweller in Singapore. The Finance/HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, tracking expenses, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Finance/HR Manager will handle human resources duties such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in human resources management and employee relations
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Xero and Talenox softwares
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.
