Job responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Escalate customer complaints to management or vendor for quick/timely resolution
- Assist with piloting of new tools, technologies, and/or processes
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for issue arise
- Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Monitor the network infrastructure, security to ensure availability to users in a secure and controlled

manner
- Perform system administrative tasks including regular backups.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science
- Previous working experience in IT Technical support for 4 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Office 365, Firewall and

network/communication infrastructure.
- Cloud deployment and maintenance experience is preferred.
