About the Team
The Corporate Services department ("CS") is at the heart of the ByteDance/TikTok employee experience. We are the passionate, innovative, and customer-centric team that is building the Employee Experience at ByteDance/TikTok. You can think of us as the Global Workplace team - we're responsible for everything from office design, employee health and security, in-office snacks and catering, Swag, integrated facilities and admin support, all the way through to product design and development of workplace software platforms. We are the team that is thinking about "the Future of Work" - what does it feel like to work in a ByteDance/TikTok office? How do we enable RTO (Return to Office)? How can we innovate on the employee experience, and how can we infuse Creativity & Joy into our workplaces around the globe.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner closely with HRBP's and Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing/hiring strategies that are aligned with ByteDance people's objectives.
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively.
3. Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent into team.
6. Provide effective and insightful data and reports to aid and improve hiring objectives and location strategies.
7. Discover, attract and lead a diverse and high-performing team.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 8+ years of full-cycle inhouse recruiting experience with demonstrated success in building out, leading, or experience managing teams.
3. A track record of high-performance, and success working in a fast-moving environment.
4. Self-motivated, resilient, excellent learning agility, and a sincere passion for talent acquisition.
5. Ability to influence by relationship building, expertise, and leverage data.
