**About the role**
We're looking for someone to join our team, based in our Singapore office, as an Account Coordinator, working with our Promotional Marketing, MSC and our Entertainment Marketing sides of the business.
The Account Coordinator plays a vital role at Zinc by supporting our Client Service team. You'll be preparing proposals and quotes, arranging product samples to be delivered and managing the inventory programs. With so much variety in this role, no two days will look the same
**What you'll do**
- Source, quote and prepare proposals and presentations
- Coordinate delivery requirements (couriers, etc)
- Distribute purchase orders
- Liaise regularly with the Client Service team
- Undertake weekly job reviews
- Build close working relationships with internal teams and suppliers
**About you**
- Customer service experience with manufactures and suppliers
- Experience creating quotes
- Experience working with promotional products
- Experience working with logistics, supply chain and warehousing
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong communication and time management
- Experience working in a marketing business advantageous
