**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers - Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
- Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms.
- Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
- Create reports for management on security status
- At least 3 years experience in a similar and related position with proven experience as an OE.
- Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
- Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
- Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning
- Strong leadership, training and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills
- Possess Class 3/3A License (mandatory)
- Posess own vehicle with valid license is a plus
