**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations - Including but not limited to
- manage logistics related issues
- ensure menu provision are aligned with accuracy and specifications
- Conduct Meal Sensory for compliances to meal quality
- attend to customer queries and feedback
- investigate feedback and close the loop with customer
- work closely with internal units like culinary, R&D and manufacturing teams for menu planning
- track operations lapses and review with relevant stakeholders
- Take on projects to improve segment offerings and operational excellence.
- Pricing and billing management - Ensure integrity and accuracy in costing/pricing/billing
- Promote SATS as the preferred caterer/manufacturer to current and potential customers in accordance to right costing/pricing.
- Contract management - maintain & manage service level agreements.
- Serve as the key facilitator and key source of communication with clients and coordinate internally to meet/exceed client expectation and Organization Standards.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business background preferred
- 2 to 5 years working experienc, preferably in F&B industry and in similar roles such as Customer Service/Relationship Manager/Marketing Manager roles
- Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to manage internal and external customers
- Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
- A team player who is independent and proactive with excellent time management skills, good business acumen and well versed with numbers
