
Accounts & Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting reports
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and expense claims
- Support in budget preparation, forecasting, and audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory regulations (e.g., IRAS, CPF, GST)
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office administrative functions such as supplies procurement, asset management, and filing systems
- Coordinate HR-related tasks such as staff onboarding, leave records, and payroll support
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies when necessary
- Support logistics, travel arrangements, and internal event planning
- Maintain proper documentation and company records
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Singapore’s statutory requirements (GST, CPF, MOM, IRAS regulations)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in SME or startup environments
- Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Xero)
- Basic HR experience is an advantage
