**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the standardized management of the project, and lead the delivery team to complete the project objectives on time and with high quality, including: project approval, project plan formulation, project progress tracking, project quality, cost control and customer satisfaction, etc.
- Responsible for customer demand management, and assist the commercial team to maintain daily customer relationships.
- According to the project management process, control the project delivery cost and delivery risk, coordinate and connect internal and external resources, and solve major and difficult problems in the project delivery process.
- Responsible for assisting the commercial team to provide advice on project bids and contracts, identifying risks and issues.
- Carry out project implementation in accordance with project process specifications and company financial management requirements.
- Responsible for the team building of the company's project delivery personnel, personnel allocation and resource coordination arrangements for each project.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above;
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience in project delivery management, proficient in project management knowledge system, with strong learning ability;
- Experience in relevant crypto project management is preferred;
- Strong communication and execution skills, able to handle personnel relationships at all levels independently and skilfully;
- Strong driving ability, result-oriented, able to fully control the project from strategy to detail level;
- Strong in both written and communicating in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
