Assisting in the submission of documents required for local payroll
- Daily HR operations - Generating LOA's, Letters, Full onboarding process, Recruitment, conducting Interviews, and liaising closely with the Finance department to ensure accuracy at all times
- Maintain the HR software (People Central) with up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with Employment Act at all times
- Able to suggest changes for the betterment of processes
- Manages time well and submit reports on time
- Prior knowledge on govt grant submissions for claims
- Manage Foreign Workers' pass and admin matters
- Reporting to HR Manager and fulfill any other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Able to interact with people at all levels
- Good working attitude and customer service focus
- 2 - 3 years experience in Payroll & related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
