As part of the Strategic Project Management team within APAC, we are looking for a **Strategic Projects Associate** who will be responsible to design and implement solutions supporting growth initiatives, drive projects focusing on business development and operational efficiencies. In your role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams ranging from Operations to Sales to gather insights on business performance, analyze data and develop strategic plans as well as be involved in day-to-day execution and tracking.

**Exciting Challenges**:

- Analyze and interpret data and define actions with Business, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders to solve business challenges
- Actively support countries to review their strategic business plans and the implementation thereof.
- Contribute to overall strategic plan for APAC in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Improve current and develop new processes and solutions and lead their roll-out across country organizations Draft presentations and data visualizations for top management leveraging insights identified through data analysis, engagement of various stakeholders and desk research

**Qualifications**
Your Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company or in a strategy/ business development team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability of translating data insights into actionable plans
- Strong ability to connect the dots and create compelling stories suitable for top management
- High autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
- Positive and energetic spirit that brings innovative ideas that engage people around you
- Proficiency in Excel and Office suite, knowledge of data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, BI) is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Flexible for occasional international travels
