The Role

You're the project glue, the person who keeps plans, people, and progress aligned so work actually ships. You'll sit between product, tech, operations, and sales: run meetings, capture decisions, assign owners and dates, and follow up until actions close. This is not a management-trainee rotation. It's a strategic project/PMO path with real delivery responsibilities. As you grow, you can move into Product , Technical Support/Solutions , or Sales/Go-to-Market .

Choose your starting focus (pick one)

• Fintech – payment tech, currency tech, RWA, Digital Assets, Blockchain etc.
• IoT – devices, connectivity, field deployments, SIM/eSIM etc.

What you'll do

• Run high-level meetings : set agendas, keep time, capture decisions, actions, owners, and dates; send clear minutes soon after.
• Own follow-through : track actions, surface blockers early, and coordinate across teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keep the project house in order : create/maintain project charters , RAID logs, timelines, change requests, and weekly status updates.
• Support delivery : coordinate sprints/ceremonies, prep stakeholder readouts, and keep dashboards/docs current and accurate.
• Enable the org : after ramp-up, lead short internal trainings on how we plan, track, and communicate projects.
• Be the source of truth : know the in-and-outs of your projects so information isn't lost after meetings.

What growth looks like (first year)

• Ramp-up : you independently run meetings, publish crisp minutes, and maintain reliable trackers.
• Ownership : you manage 1–2 workstreams end-to-end with steady stakeholder confidence.
• Enablement : you lead a short internal training and help improve one process/template that the team adopts.
• Certification : company-sponsored PMP/PgMP learning (after probation & approval).

• Like tech and can explain complex things simply.
• Write clearly, think in structure, and care about details.
• Are persistent (polite, but you always close the loop).
• Enjoy organising docs, plans, templates, and keeping them tidy.
• Are curious and action-oriented: you ask "why?" then make a plan.

Must-haves

• Degree in IT/CS/Engineering/IS (or strong technical exposure). MBA is a plus, not a must.
• Excellent command of English for executive-level communication, minute-taking, and stakeholder updates.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (filters, lookups) and Slides/PowerPoint.
• Willing and able to travel regionally (SEA & MEA) for projects.
• Right to work in Singapore.

Experience: Fresh grad to 2 years (MBA welcome but not required)

Preferred background: IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems (or similar)

Travel: Regional projects across SEA & MEA as needed
