**What you’ll achieve**

**You will**:

- Use data to develop, drive and monitor activity and with data insights recommend and drive ideas that help the quantitative drivers of business success and failure
- Be curious to look at things in various ways, escape from traditional wisdom and conventional thinking
- Ability to program manage and implement governance processes across all go to market programs for effective planning and execution of critical Client Peripheral initiatives.
- Drives best-in-class Client Peripheral advantage, awareness and adoption programs with global marketing, regional marketing and sales in existing Dell customer forums and events as well as incremental opportunities to position the Dell Client Peripheral portfolio
- Integrate Client Peripherals into all CSG programs, even those that are primarily focused on client devices - ensure Client Peripherals is included in the processes with APEX, PCaaS, Client Hardware, Displays and Services in a manner that drives exposure and interest in the ecosystem solution. The target audience should think about how Client Peripherals improve the overall experience

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelors Degree and 8+ experience in ideally supporting product marketing, sales, or other customer engagement roles
- Experience with PowerBI, Sharepoint, TEAMS, and/or similar tools and the ability and desire to learn new tools fast
- A willingness to develop a working knowledge of Dell’s Client Solutions portfolio of products, services, and solutions to best position the Client Peripherals portfolio for success
- Knows how to navigate a fast-paced, global environment requiring the ability to multi-task and work with ambiguity with creative problem-solving skills, strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills and with the ability to influence

**Desirable Requirements**
- MBA preferred
