**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Admin & Account Reconciliation Executive to join our finance operations team. This role will be responsible for handling daily fund reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of client financial data, and providing administrative support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily fund reconciliation for client transactions
- Verify and cross-check client deposits, withdrawals, and settlement records
- Conduct data proofreading and validation to ensure all records are complete and accurate
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., finance, BD, ops) for transaction clarification or correction
- Maintain and update internal logs, databases, and reconciliation sheets
- Assist in preparing reports for internal review and compliance audits
- Provide administrative support such as document filing, scanning, and record-keeping
- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the team lead or finance manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in working with numbers and financial data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in fund operations, reconciliation, or back-office finance role is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage repetitive tasks with high level of accuracy
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in a financial services or fintech environment
- Familiarity with client onboarding and KYC/AML processes
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
