Customer Service Officer
We are Fandom.
Fandom aims to provide a platform where creators can monetize the contents uploaded on their social media accounts using NFTs.
Our services will offer an interactive and engaging experience for both creators and fans.
Fandom does not compete with social media platforms, but rather complement their blind spots. Currently, TikTok is the largest platform for short video content with about 1 billion active users. We have signed a partnership agreement with TikTok as our initial partner to help billions of TikTok users to monetize their contents.
Once we grow our platform and have more users, we plan to reach out to other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, etc. By collaborating with social media giants, Fandom will gain access to billions of active users, and social medias will be able to provide new and creative monetization solutions to their creators.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Respond customer’s enquiry
- Support platform with accurate and continual communications to customers
- Provide accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Perform call back to customer and coordinate follow up actions/service recovery with various teams when necessary
- Liaise with technical and finance departments
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
**Qualifications**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level certificate / GCE ‘A’ Level certificate or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in customer services role
- Experience in blockchain exchange or Web3 is preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and have customer centric and service excellence mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Independent, responsible and ability to proactively find solutions
- English and Mandarin proficiency
**Salary**: Up to $5,000.00 per month
