Fandom aims to provide a platform where creators can monetize the contents uploaded on their social media accounts using NFTs.

Our services will offer an interactive and engaging experience for both creators and fans.

Fandom does not compete with social media platforms, but rather complement their blind spots. Currently, TikTok is the largest platform for short video content with about 1 billion active users. We have signed a partnership agreement with TikTok as our initial partner to help billions of TikTok users to monetize their contents.

Once we grow our platform and have more users, we plan to reach out to other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, etc. By collaborating with social media giants, Fandom will gain access to billions of active users, and social medias will be able to provide new and creative monetization solutions to their creators.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform compliance reviews in accordance with internal regulations
- Manage day-to-day compliance operations including KYC, AML and risk management
- Handle risk assessment process and controls documentation to ensure risk are identified and policies appropriately update
- Review and monitor compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism legislation, policies and procedures
- Conduct KYC reviews for new business and on an ongoing basis including due diligence reviews and AML/CTF investigations as appropriate
- Perform AML/CFT transaction monitoring
- Update of risk and compliance manuals
- Periodically assess and review the risk of new and existing customers
- Assist in any ad-hoc compliance/risk related matters

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2-4 years of relevant working experience in banking.
- Experience on blockchain, web3 or NFTs is preferred.
- Familiar with risk and compliance processes, awareness of up-to-date regulations/rules
- Knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory requirements
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required

**Salary**: Up to $6,000.00 per month
