What You'll Do

  • Provide Risk Advisory and Brokerage services for Financial Lines portfolios (including Directors & Officers Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Cyber Liability)
  • Acquire and build relationships with clients, especially in (but not limited to) FinTech and tech-adjacent sectors
  • Conduct risk assessments, propose tailored insurance solutions, and lead negotiations with insurers
  • Prepare proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with claims management, and perform market research / product development
  • Support internal documentation and reporting to maintain high standards of work and enable decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Singaporeans Citizens and Permanent Residents only
  • For experienced candidates: minimum 2 years in Commercial Insurance Brokerage or similar roles specialising in Financial Lines
  • Must hold or be able to obtain necessary insurance certifications (BCP + ComGI)
  • Strong track record in Client Acquisition, Negotiation, and Relationship Development
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and manage risk exposures effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure
