
Field Service Center Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the established key processes in assigned areas; initiate and lead projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction; document work methods and results to avoid rework
- Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with CSO WLA, FSE, Online Technical Support, management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Understand the customer’s needs and take ownership of customer satisfaction in the assigned area.
- Provides administrative support to SFSC personnel, including service call management, logistic and documentation creation. Responds to internal customer inquiries and acts as liaison with CSO and other Field Service centers when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry into the CRM system. Using CRM to track all SFSC activities including order entry, parts and unit’s movement.
- Responsible to coordinate and schedule FSC Engineers to perform repair or answer to any service request which is relevant to FSC.
- Be the point of contact for all CSO WLA and COPC; give guidance and coaching with regards to any SFSC IHRO related matters
- Adheres to Agilent Standards of Business Conduct
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in SAJK/APAC/SEA market, handling daily operations with logistics experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in SAP, CRM, ECC, inventory and shipping system
- Strong escalation and customer-centric management
- High degree of autonomy within defined assignments
- Proficiency in written and business communication in English and Chinese languages to support China, Taiwan and Hong Kong markets will be an advantage.
