In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Global Talent Development team reporting to the Senior Global Talent Development Manager. You will support key learning & development programs for our employee base in the JAPAC region and collaborate with both local and global colleagues to ensure the success of those programs to help the company grow and scale with a growth mindset and a culture of high performance.

We’re looking for a dedicated, organized professional with experience and passion for supporting multiple learning programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. You are comfortable working with any level of employee or manager and are an expert at evaluating requests and driving them from start to finish. You work well in a dynamic environment with compressed timelines.

**Your Impact**
- Take ownership of logistics, planning and coordination for talent development initiatives in JAPAC, including 360 deployment, learning programs, surveys and more
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by assisting in content delivery, enrollments, and reporting
- Support learning path, course reviews and curriculum updates
- Report on individual learning programs metrics for success
- Support career development learning programs in the JAPAC region, from initiation, planning, participant experience, evaluation, to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement
- Organize program supplies, including technology tools used in learning experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders throughout Palo Alto Networks
- Provide administrative support to JAPAC Talent Development partners
- Analyze program data to provide insights, ensure continuous program improvements and effectiveness

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- 4+ years of direct experience with the coordination and administration of learning & development programs
- Demonstrated communication expertise
- Excellent administrative, collaborative, organizational, and change management skills
- Extensive experience managing complex projects related to learning & development in a highly matrixed organization
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to flex from the strategic level to detailed operational excellence
- Excellent project management capability
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
