We are looing for people who are creative, smart, resourceful and hardworking to join our Asia Operations team in Shugart, Singapore.

**About the role - you will**:

- Manage the Asset Recovery & Disposition Operations for Asia
- Manage the defective (unrecoverable) HDD, storage system and components sales to approved Scrap Vendors
- Manage the approved Scrap Vendors’ performance per contracted scope of work, including but not limited to cross border shipments, physical SN verification and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with various departments (both internal and external) to ensure all documentation meets regulatory and legal requirement for cross border shipments
- Create scrap sale order and invoice in SAP
- Perform post destruction weight audits at scrap vendor sites with finance and security team
- Review scrap vendor’s capability periodically; trigger external audit to meet corporate EHS requirement such as TSDF (treatment, storage and disposal facility) and regulatory requirement in the country they operate
- Conduct periodic RFQ / tender for surplus sales to have competitive pricing with stakeholders.
- Manage projects related to Seagate Sustainability & Circularity goals such as magnet and aluminum recycling, rare earth and precious metals recovery with OEMs.

**About you**:

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities
- Strong team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
- Result-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Effective communication, interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, Basel Permit, Seagate ITA and EHS requirement will be an advantage.
- Proficient in data mining and data analytics will be an advantage.

**Your experience includes**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain and / or Operations
