**About the role**
At Ander, we help our customers create beautiful trophies and awards.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and has an eye for detail to join our team. As part of the production team, your role is to produce and fulfil orders. The environment is casual and dynamic.
Production work involves operating digital printers. Our customers include many top global brands & organizations and our team works to meet high standards.
**What a typical work day looks like**
- Coordinate with sales and designers on production requirements.
- Operate digital printers & related production work.
- Manage production schedules.
- Quality checks & packing orders for delivery.
- Receiving & checking incoming stock shipments.
- Daily machine maintenance.
- Maintaining a neat and clean workspace.
**Must-have**:
- Physically fit with good eyesight.
- Enjoy working with your hands at production work and not be desk bound. On job training will be provided.
- Meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active
- Able to work well in a dynamic team setting
- "O" Levels or equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Basic PC skills.
**Good-to-Have**:
- 1-2 years work experience
- Experience with commercial printing, manufacturing or operation of laser engravers, wide format / UV printers / 3D printers.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw.
**Working Hours**:
- 5-day week (Monday - Friday)
- 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Work life balance. No overtime required.
