**We will count on you to**:
- Handle complex claims complications and processes, escalating when needed to uphold policy compliance and accurate claims calculations.
- Generate and review high-complexity claims reports for precision and clarity.
- Distribute new claims notifications and updates to maintain clear communication within the team.
- Organize incoming client and underwriter documentation, providing guidance to colleagues.
- Track documentation through mail or phone, ensuring operational excellence and professional client communication.
- Create and review insurance claims templates for consistency and effectiveness.
- Contact involved parties for missing or supplemental information, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Identify potential policies and coverages for incoming claims, conducting independent research when needed to support our claims analysts.
**What you need to have**:
- Diploma with 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims, including Property and Casualty, FG, Crime, WIC, marine, and more.
- Ability to craft and implement effective claims strategies, collaborating with our Claims Advocacy team.
- Proficiency in data management and experience with a bespoke claims system is a plus.
- Minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
